ENTERPRISE PILOT DISCOVERY

Closer to your clients.
Stronger as a team.

Your people are your most valuable intelligence. Give more of them a voice in the relationships that matter, across languages.

OZZZ is building a multilingual workspace where people rehearse real situations, understand one another, and shape the software they need.

THE SHARED WORKSPACE

Different languages.
A shared understanding.

Read a colleague’s contribution in the agreed language, with their original words still available. People author the conversation and the commitments.

Prepare in private.

Rehearse a difficult client conversation using the room’s context. Try a roleplay, find your words, and listen again. Your rehearsal stays personal.

Contribute as yourself.

Bring your knowledge into the shared room. Agreed language views support understanding while keeping original contributions and uncertainty within reach.

Shape the tools you need.

Request a small supporting tool from the conversation. Build it, review it, and keep it maintained as the team’s workflow evolves.

GROW YOUR HUMAN ADVANTAGE

A little rehearsal.
A richer relationship.

A person can know the answer and still struggle to express it in a client’s language. OZZZ makes space to practice the actual situation before a consequential conversation.

The goal is a person who understands more, asks better questions, and participates with greater confidence. The pilot measures that with your team.

A FOCUSED FIRST STEP

One team.
One meaningful change.

Start alongside your existing chat and client tools. Choose a recurring multilingual situation where more personal participation would make a difference.

  1. Understand the situation.Agree who participates, what they need to understand, and how you’ll know the relationship improved.
  2. Qualify the workflow.Check the language pair, devices, permitted sources, and support needs before agreeing delivery.
  3. Practice, use, and improve.Evaluate real conversations and one maintained tool with the people who do the work.

Good questions.

Who is this for?

International companies whose people work directly with clients, partners, or colleagues in other languages. A useful starting point is a recurring situation where someone has knowledge to contribute and wants to communicate more personally.

Can we replace Slack?

A complete daily communication workspace is our direction. The first pilot starts with one team alongside your existing tools. Whole-company migration, guest access, notifications, and your availability requirements need separate acceptance.

How do software connections work?

We first agree the application, source, person, and permitted actions. A Windows companion and maintained tool workflow have development evidence. We qualify your actual device and application before including the connection in a pilot.

What happens when AI is unavailable?

The shared immersion path pauses new augmented messages and preserves history and drafts. It resumes after a fresh check. Continuous operation, response times, and support expectations are agreed and qualified for the pilot.

Is this ready for general enterprise signup?

We’re inviting discovery conversations for focused pilots. The development workspace has tested English/French conversations, private rehearsal, and maintained tools. Customer deployment, human acceptance, and service operations are being qualified before paid delivery.

LET’S FIND THE RIGHT STARTING POINT

Who could contribute
more on your team?

Tell us about a client conversation you’d like to make better. We’ll explore whether a focused OZZZ pilot can help.

Early pilot discovery. A real situation is more useful than a long requirements document.

Tell us about your team

A brief example is enough. Keep client names and confidential details out of your enquiry.

This starts a conversation. Pilot scope, readiness, and price are agreed together.
